Who we are

Custom Fit Grip (“we,” “us”) is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@customfitgrip.com with any privacy question or request.

What we collect

When you submit an order, we collect: your email address, the device type and measurements you provide, and your fit preferences. We collect payment and shipping address details through Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery; we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use this information only to produce your custom-fit order: generating a parametric 3D model from your measurements, manufacturing it, and shipping it to you. Our basis for processing this data is your consent (given via the checkbox on our intake form) and the need to perform our contract with you once you place an order. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your measurements for anything beyond fulfilling your order.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site, each only able to access what they need to do their job: Stripe (payment processing and shipping address), Brevo (sending order and account emails), and Railway (application hosting and database). We don't sell or rent your data to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to handle any returns or follow-up questions. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Where it's stored

Order and measurement data is stored in our database, accessible only to the systems that need it to process your order.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time (which won't affect processing already completed). To exercise any of these rights, email support@customfitgrip.com — we'll confirm your request and act on it manually.

We collect the categories of personal information described above to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights — contact us at the email above to make a request.

By checking the consent box on our intake form, you agree to this policy and to us processing your measurements to produce your order.

We review this policy periodically and will update the date above when we make changes. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
