Custom-made products

Every order is custom-made to the measurements and preferences you provide. Because of this, accuracy of your submitted measurements is your responsibility — we manufacture based on what you tell us.

Not a medical device

Items in our comfort-accessories line (such as utensil and pen grip sleeves) are comfort and independence aids only. They are not medical, therapeutic, orthotic, or assistive medical devices, and we make no clinical or therapeutic claims about them.

Payment & production time

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We don't begin manufacturing until payment is confirmed. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, then ships — see our Refund Policy for what happens if we expect to miss that window.

Order accuracy

We rely on the device type and measurements you submit. If a fit issue arises from inaccurate measurements, contact us — see our Refund Policy for how we handle that.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
