We tell you exactly what to measure and how. You don't type in numbers — you just choose the closest option from a dropdown list, so we can size your grip to your hand instead of an “average” user.

Checkout and we print and ship
Enter your email and pay securely. You can save your measurements to an account for future reorders, or continue as a guest. Once payment is confirmed, we 3D-print your custom piece and ship it — production typically takes 3–7 business days — so you can get back to gaming, working, or daily tasks with a grip that finally fits.

- How does the custom fitting process work?
- You pick a device and select a few measurements from guided dropdowns after measuring your hand with a tape measure. We use those measurements to design a custom 3D-printed grip or accessory sized to your hand, then print it to order.
- Are the comfort-grip accessories medical devices?
- No. Items like our comfort-grip utensil and pen sleeves are comfort and independence accessories only — they are not medical, therapeutic, or assistive medical devices, and we make no clinical claims about them.
- What happens after I submit my measurements?
- You’ll have the option to sign in to save your order, or continue as a guest. Either way, you'll go to a secure Stripe checkout to pay, and once payment is confirmed we begin production. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, then ships, and we'll email you a confirmation right away and again once it's on its way, so you know exactly when your custom-fit grip or accessory will arrive.
